Randy Donaldson

Randy is our Safety Officer and Telecommunications Manager. Randy has 30 plus years with SaskTel in various positions. He has worked as a Facilities Technician in Technical Support and as a Customer Service Technician. Randy also has experience as a Project Manager for heritage property restoration projects. 

BOB BEATTIE

Bob is our Stations Coordinator. He has over 40 years of generation and transmission System Test experience. Bob has also been invaluable as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing orientation presentations for new substation employees and training presentations for various groups in the Electrical Transmission area of SaskPower.

JANICE PETERSON

Janice is our Office Manager. With a B.Comm and a B.A. Janice is responsible for preparing time sheets, billing, invoices and maintenance of records.

Garth Ranford​

Garth is our Gas Operations Manager. He has over 38 years of experience with SaskEnergy/TransGas (SEI/TGL). In his career Garth worked in many locations and held various positions such as Labourer, Meter Reader, Gas Service Technician, Trades Training Coordinator, 

Construction Superintendent and General Manager in the Southwest, Saskatoon and Regina areas. 

TIM MACK​

General Manager

Tim is our General Manager. He brings over 30 years experience with SaskPower working in varying power stations around the province. He held positions such as Maintenance Coordinator, Electrical Supervisor, Station Electrician, Instrumentation Technician and Power Engineer. Tim has been an Instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic in the Electrical Program in Moose Jaw since 2010.

Brad is our Lines Coordinator. He brings more than 40 years of Line experience to Maxim Energy. The majority of which was with SaskPower working in numerous locations and positions such as Power Line Technician, District Operator, Charge District Operator and Regional Business Manager.
